Guildenstern: Our names shouted in a certain dawn...a message...a summons...There must have been a moment where we could have said no. But somehow we missed it. Rosen-? Guil-? Well, we'll know better next time. Now you see me, now you-

I've got the ones I was considering for architecture (RISD, SAIC, UNCC). Now I'm looking at a master's degree in English, and getting a teaching license to go with it. I figured I'll stay in in NC just for cost issues and because whatever state I go to graduate school in would be the one I'd ultimately have to teach in. I think.
It's just a little intimidating, especially because I'll have to work on my applications in addition to Dying From Home. Maybe it's better to go first and get it all out of the way so I can devote two months to getting ready.
Chapel Hill's application was just like. . .gah. A fifteen to twenty-five page analysis paper?! I mean. . .shit! If I still had my senior exit paper on Hamlet lying around somewhere, I could flesh that out but I'm sure it's gone. Then there's the statement of intent and the GRE, which I already knew would be requirements for any college, but it's still pretty intimidating.
I've also e-mailed a couple of people to get the ball rolling. I just hope I'm making a right decision and not just going with whatever feels right at the time. I thought I wanted to be an architect but I'm really not sure that's the case now. I mean, I wanted to major in English and become a teacher for the longest time, so I don't think it's just a spur of the moment decision, but I still have to make sure it's the right one.
