    It's rare that I say something like "Fuck this shit" and have to convince myself to actually finish my work. Even if it sucks, I usually always get SOMETHING turned in. But I just feel so apathetic towards this whole portfolio review, and art department in general. I was looking up the Intent to Withdrawal forms the other day because I'm just. . .not happy here. I almost wish Burton, Dane, and Yoko would discontinue me from the program. I still have another fucking year here.

    Burton really upset me yesterday. I can be a big Burton apologist while still admitting his faults, but he really pissed me off. I'm tired of the "Nick, you're an uptight, rigid guy who gets frustrated and stops blah blah blah". I KNOW THAT. THAT IS WHY I AM ASKING YOU FOR HELP. I don't know this perspective and rendering stuff like the other four. I've never done any of this before last year.

    I just feel like I don't enjoy movies anymore. I never watch them anymore, I don't enjoy making them. And I'm going to be stuck with a goddamn degree in film.

    I just. . .don't want to do this anymore.
