Guildenstern: Our names shouted in a certain dawn...a message...a summons...There must have been a moment where we could have said no. But somehow we missed it. Rosen-? Guil-? Well, we'll know better next time. Now you see me, now you- -Tom Stoppard, R&G Are Dead

    I Hear You Knocking Down My Door...

    I Think I'm Cured...

    :: Thursday, October 02, 2003 ::

    Apparently, finishing that MWDS was a nice lift of weight off my shoulders, because today was a good day. ENTIRELY stress free. Dillard pretty much let us do whatever we wanted, and even left about thirty minutes before we went to lunch, saying we were old and mature enough to behave ourselves (Well...he was thinking it) and Whiteside played a video about the Huck Finn controversy...after screwing up the TV and having a quick discussion on Dr. Strangelove (Which is an awesome movie, everybody should watch it)
    and Joyce...well...Joyce was Joyce, but my groups essay is really coming together. Oh yeah, the class is now about a third of the size it was originally was. Those progress reports came out and out went everybody. I think it's frustrating him because Diana tried to get switched out and he just walked off.

    In any case, NO REHEARSAL!!!

    Tomorrow is my birthday. Got a great cake from Brittany, had a party in yearbook in which we ate about six bags of King sixed chips, went through three bottles of 3 liter sodas and had occasional seniors come in for senior superlatives who could join in the fun. And we played The Dixie Chicks and had this massive sing-a-long (I politely abstained from such activity) that was so loud you could hear it down the C hall. It felt like friday.

    And I was evil towards all my friends in the AG English class with Ms. Ridenour when I suggested to her that she should assign a Major Works Data Sheet. She said she was planning on it and asked if I could get a copy of Whiteside's. Ha ha ha. I am starting Invisible Man right now so I won't be panicking come October 29th, the night before the next MWDS is due

    I'm so happy right now, and I don't know why
