Guildenstern: Our names shouted in a certain dawn...a message...a summons...There must have been a moment where we could have said no. But somehow we missed it. Rosen-? Guil-? Well, we'll know better next time. Now you see me, now you- -Tom Stoppard, R&G Are Dead

    I Hear You Knocking Down My Door...

    I Think I'm Cured...

    :: Saturday, August 23, 2003 ::

    First weekend from school...although this first week felt like an entire quarter.

    Hmm...not really sure what to write. I think I may have hurt Theo's feelings in some way, and I feel kind of bad about it. We were in Physics AP and Elizabeth and I have decided that we're going to switch seats next to Theo every day and rotate who has to do labs with him. This isn't because we don't like him, Theo is a good friend of mine, he's just a major distraction and you can't work with him next to you because he's a little too hyper. Same for labs. And I think he heard Elizabeth and I discussing this and felt that we don't like him, which is hardly the truth. As a friend outside of class, I like him. In class, I want to put duct tape over his mouth so the teacher can finish their lecture without Theo interupting. Theo also cannot do Physics AP. He is inept at something like this and doesn't belong in the class. He's smart, but Theo typically cannot handle a large workload and this class is one of them. In his best interests, it would be wise to switch to Physics Advanced instead of AP because he has one week left to do so before dropping the class means failing. I have debated with myself on whether or not I should tell him this, but Theo's is slightly...stubborn, and probably wouldn't listen.

    So, Theo, if you happen to stumble upon this entry, let it be known that as a friend, I do like you. As a classmate, there are times I want to throw something at you. Drop Physics AP for the sake of your grade point average.
