Guildenstern: Our names shouted in a certain dawn...a message...a summons...There must have been a moment where we could have said no. But somehow we missed it. Rosen-? Guil-? Well, we'll know better next time. Now you see me, now you- -Tom Stoppard, R&G Are Dead

    I Hear You Knocking Down My Door...

    I Think I'm Cured...

    :: Sunday, July 27, 2003 ::

    back from Greensboro...found out that apparently, the speed limit only applies to me. I was going 73 in a 70 mph zone, and everybody was passing me on the interstate. That is a looooong interstate drive home, by the way.

    So...I don't know. This whole situatuion depresses me. Elizabeth read the most books out of everybody in the church (There was a Summer Reading Club. She read 57 books) and got a prize for it. Shannon, Tori and Mary Rose all got awards too. Then we went to the Panda Inn for lunch afterwards. Then we went back to the Mann's house and so the girls could rest, Donna stuck in some home movies. Then we had to leave. I drove all the way home. It was sweltering hot today.

    So...less than three weeks until school starts back up, almost two month until this Blog becomes "Opinions of a 17 Year Old"...I can't wait for my birthday. October 3rd. Send me something.

    So...that's it. Oh, Donna let Elizabeth and Mary Rose call Jenny to tell her they had won awards. So Elizabeth finishes talking, then hands the phone to Mary Rose. She then hands the phone to me, and I don't know if she's hung up, and I think I hear somebody on the other line, and I hand it to Donna saying "I don't think she hung up" and Donna hangs up saying "Who cares." Score one for Donna.

    Course, then Jenny called back. Donna said that Mary Rose had handed her the phone, and so she hung up, thinking the conversation was over. Heh heh heh.

    Saw an interview with Ann Coulter on C-Span. She was asked the question: What can be done to prevent the next 9-11? Do you know what she said? The liberals need to leave. Uh huh. Ann, sorry, I don't think terrorists are going to suddenly go Oh, we don't need to attack America any more, the democrats are gone!!! If anything, it would give them more incentive to bomb the US, as we see how trigger happy our current republican president is. We'd be bombing foreign countries right and left. So, Ann, you and Jerry Fallwell and Jenny Hopkins have fun. Say hi to Satan for me.
